I grew up in Hong Kong, learning mandarin and experiencing how a multicultural society produces a strong, diverse economy. I studied a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University in the UK, following my passion for Physics and Maths. I am currently studying a Masters in Space Science and Technology at UCL. I've had work experience as an intern in company management and advertising and am very interested in market analysis and trading, I have been researching markets since January 2020 and enjoy fundamental and analytical procedures of market evaluation, I have been tracking my trades since the beginning as I also enjoy collecting data, which allows me to develop different trading strategies and test them. Outside of trading, in my free time I research about the Aerospace industry, trying to find what direction the emerging market is moving in and how I can get involved. My ambition is to work in the Aerospace Engineering field, helping to propel the space industry into the mainstream.
Growing up in Southeast Asia I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout the region. In doing so I have gained knowledge about how different societies and cultures operate both socially and economically. One highlight was travelling to the Himalayan Mountain range embarking on a 10-day trip hiking to Kanchenjunga Base Camp. This experience opened my eyes to how people make a living in even the most desolate environments and taught me the value of planning and hard work. The experience also allowed me to develop motivational attitudes and interpersonal skills from working as a team in high pressure situations. Throughout my life I have always been very involved in sports, mainly rugby. My most proud accomplishments playing rugby are winning a pan- Asia, inter-school tournament in Shanghai, and playing for the U18 Hong Kong national team at the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens. Rugby has played a huge role in moulding my personality into who I am today, it has taught me strong leadership skills and the value of resilience.Â
